ORLEN Poludnie SA is one of the key companies of the Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN Capital Group. It was established during the consolidation of PKN ORLEN's assets, including Rafineria Trzebinia and Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze, as well as the Naftowax Sp. z o. o. paraffin factory and Zakladowa Straz Pozarna Ltd., merged with Rafineria Trzebinia SA.
