The Kraków Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a self-regulating business organisation. The General Meeting is the supreme body of the Chamber. It is convened annually by way of an ordinary procedure no later than the 31st of March. The remaining bodies of the Chamber are: the Council of the Chamber, the Auditing Committee, the Court of Honour, and the Board of the Chamber.
The Executive Director responds to the Board and is superior to the Heads of the three subordinate departments:
- EU Cooperation and Trainings Department, coordinating the Enterprise Europe Network focal point
- Communication and Entrepreneurship Department
- Finance and Administration Department
As well as the Chamber’s branch operating in Olkusz.
