The special economic zone of the Krakow Technology Park includes areas located in the Malopolska, Podkarpackie and Swietokrzyskie Regions. KPT offers investors primarily greenfield areas. The Krakow Special Economic Zone consists of 36 subzones located in 35 municipalities and currently covers an area of over 949 hectares. The offer also includes office space located in attractive areas: Czyzyny business centre, Pychowice business centre and Krakow Business Park in Zabierzow. Permits for conducting business activity in the zone are granted in the form of a tender or negotiations, announced in the form of an invitation published in nationwide press. The planned economic undertakings to be implemented in the zone are assessed by a committee on negotiations and tenders.
