It is one of the departments of the IPH office in Krakow, which implements the statutory activities of the Chamber in the field of training and supporting internationalization and innovation of enterprises.
To carry out training tasks, the Chamber established a lifelong learning institution entered in the register of schools and non-public institutions of the President of the City of Krakow under No. 43205-67, on the basis of the Education System Act of September 7, 1991 (Certificate of the Mayor of Krakow No. 23/08). On the basis of the entry into the records, the facility started its official activity on February 14, 1992 and has been operating until today.
Information on all trainings to be carried out in the near future can be found in the News on the Chamber's website and can be received on an ongoing basis by e-mail after subscribing to the Chamber's training newsletter.
The Training Department also implements projects under the EU framework programs (COSME, Horizon 2020) and structural funds (eg ROP for the Małopolska Region for 2014-2020).
As part of the Department, the Enterprise Europe Network center has been operating since the beginning of 2008, which emerged from the Euro Info Centers network operating in the Chamber since 1994 and over the years of its activity expanded the range of free services provided for regional SMEs aimed at their internationalization and innovation.
The Enterprise Europe Network is the flagship project of the European Commission supporting European SMEs, currently financed by the COSME program. An important aspect of the functioning of the Network is its simultaneous contact with the institutions of the European Union, mainly with the European Commission and entrepreneurs from all over Europe. Thus, the Enterprise Europe Network centers play the role of a natural intermediary enabling the European Commission to gain a better understanding of the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises, while for entrepreneurs they are a locally available source of reliable information about the European Union's Single Market.
More about the activities of the center at IPH and the entire Network can be found on the Chamber's website in the Realized Projects tab.
