The Executive Director is responsible for overall direction of the Chamber. The Executive Director is appointed by the Council at the request of the Chairman. The Executive Director is appointed for a term of four years and can be subject to re-election for further terms. As a member of the Board, the Director attends meetings of the Council in an advisory capacity. The Director has the responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Chamber, including its financial policy, and fund seeking.

By virtue of the decision made by the Chamber on the 8th of March 2017, the Chamber amended its organisation scheme.

The new organisation now includes the following three departments:

  1. EU Cooperation and Trainings Department, coordinating the Enterprise Europe Network focal point. The Department also operates as The Kraków School of Economics
  2. Communication and Entrepreneurship Department
  3. Finance and Administration Department
